Our organization was started in 1979 to manage apartments for one owner. By offering great service to residents and owners, our portfolio has grown tremendously and we currently manage over 7,000 units for nearly 40 owners and ownership groups.

Job Title: Resident Manager

GSF Properties is currently seeking a Residnt Manager for one of our outstanding communities in Fresno, California.

The Resident Manager will oversee the physical and financial operations of this multi-million dollar apartment community while adhering to governmental and ethical guidelines.

Financial: Supervises the collection of rental income and manages property expenses.

Operational: Performs regular inspections of the property. Recommends and directs improvements, maintenance and reconditioning of property as necessary. Oversees vendor services. Monitor adherence to record keeping systems. Monitor and enforce property’s operating procedures and policies.

The Resident Manager is a leader, responsible for meeting goals.

The Resident Manager is an expert on their product and the rental housing market by maintaining awareness of competition and market conditions. Designs and implements marketing plans.

The Resident Manager understands the importance of excellent customer service.

Tenant Relations: Sets the standard on engaging prospective residents and retaining current residents. Isolating the needs of prospective residents and addressing those needs is a primary responsibility of the Property Manager.


Sets the standard for tenant relations, providing excellent service to residents by addressing their needs in a professional, friendly and timely manner. Design and implementation of resident retention programs. Must regularly communicate with residents regarding levels of service, concerns and complaints.
